ABOUT
KIDDIES CARNIVAL OF ORLANDO
“Nurturing Caribbean culture, one little masquerader at a time.”
In 2015, as President of the Trinbago Association of Central Florida, Inc., Mr. John Joseph introduced Kiddies Carnival to the Orlando community. What began as a children’s mas and cultural celebration has grown into an annual tradition that brings families together through music, costumes, and Caribbean pride.
In 2023, the event was rebranded as Kiddies Carnival of Orlando (KCOO) to further nurture Caribbean culture by educating children about their heritage and inspiring them to preserve and share it with the wider Central Florida community. Today, Kiddies Carnival of Orlando continues to honor its roots while creating a safe, joyful space where kids can shine, learn, and “play mas” with pride.

Our Mission & Vision
🎭 Culture & Creativity – Encouraging self-
expression through costumes, dance, poetry, and performance.
📚 Education & Heritage – Teaching the history, values, and stories behind Caribbean Carnival.
🤝 Community & Unity – Bringing families, bands, vendors, and sponsors together in one vibrant celebration.
Our focus for Kiddies Carnival is the children. We aim to teach them our culture, traditions, and heritage so they can pass it on for generations to come and share it with the Central Florida community—because the more we understand, the better we get along.
